Shipping

               Shipping is calculated at checkout based on a number of item specific details.

          In the event of a lost or damaged package, contact me and I will assist you in any way necessary to file a claim with the courier. 

International shipping is available on most products, but is at your own risk. I have no control over customs or tracking. If you have any specific questions please contact me.

Warranty

               I offer a limited lifetime warranty on all my works. This means that warranty applies to any defects in original materials or build quality. Warranty does not cover any intentional or unintentional misuse, abuse, or modification of any of my work. The final decision on Warranty claims will be decided by me after I have thoroughly inspect the item in person. I will do repairs on anything not covered by warranty on a case-by-case basis, and for an agreed-upon fee. It is important to remember that these are handmade. Keep in mind that every single aspect of any of my work is handmade specifically for that one piece. So I strongly encourage you to send me the knife for any repairs before attempting anything yourself. a bad repair can often be much worse then the original problem. I do offer free sharpening and general cleaning for all of my works for life. All you have to do is pay shipping to and from me.  

Returns

               I will accept returns on any product for a time period of one week after you receive it no questions asked. Once I have received the returned item and have thoroughly inspected its condition you will be refunded for the price of the product minus any fees that I incurred. i.e. taxes, credit card processing fees, and extra shipping services. Please keep in mind the nature of handcrafted goods, which are all subject to very slight imperfections and inconsistencies that do not effect the functionality or quality of the item.

               Knives by their very nature are designed to be cutting tools. therefor by purchasing a knife, you are agreeing that you are of legal age and ability to own that knife. You are also agreeing that you will use it in a responsible and safe manner. It is also your responsibility to know and understand your local governing laws and customs before purchasing a knife. Buyer assumes all liability.
